seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team of management consultants to assist and coordinate our sales and
marketing staff in maintaining our position as an industry leader in providing world-class solutions to our clients.
Applying a BA in Marketing and a successful track record of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, the successful candidate
must have excellent written and oral communications skills, tact, maturity, confidence, enthusiasm, a positive attitude,
good organizational skills, and the power of persuasion. Candidates must thrive in a team environment, have good organizational
skills, be able to multitask and manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
Reporting to a Managing Partner, the Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for all aspects of KOM International's
Specific duties include:
Maintain corporate relations through company-sponsored events, coordination and participation in trade shows and conferences as well as maintain memberships in professional associations and develop close contacts with the press and media.
Maintain client contact databases, personalize direct mailing initiatives, and maintain & develop positive relationships with past and potential clients.
Stay up to date with the state of our industry, research specific markets for potential clients in need of our services, initiate contact with these clients and coordinate introductory visits with KOM International's travel schedules.
Development of marketing programs to increase awareness of KOM International's excellent reputation and value-added services in the distribution industry.
