American Tile, like all divisions of Acme Brick (a Warren Buffet Company), is held to extremely high standards, and the distribution operations are no exception.

KOM recommended and helped American Tile implement a distribution model with selected fast movers stocked at regional locations resupplied from a central DC which also stocks and ships all slow moving product, and included the detailed design and layout of the new central facility and re-engineering of regional stocking locations.

Thanks to KOM’s assistance American Tile’s competitive position in the floor covering market is strengthened, and the division is positioned for future growth.
