KOM recommended and helped American Tile implement a distribution model with selected fast movers stocked at regional locations resupplied from a central DC which also stocks and ships all slow moving product, and included the detailed design and layout of the new central facility and re-engineering of regional stocking locations.
Thanks to KOM’s assistance American Tile’s competitive position in the floor covering market is strengthened, and the division is positioned for future growth.
